HOW TO USE

Line, define and fill in lips:

• Use the always-sharp point of the pencil for definition and use the rounded part of the pencil to fill in lips.
• Start from the outer corners of the mouth and work toward the center of a lip for a more rounded shape.
• Outline lips with liner for a fuller effect and use brush end to smooth, define or contour.
•Use the brush to blend and smooth color.
•Wear alone for a plush matte, brown pink lip look or pair with High Spirits Full-On Plumping Lip Gloss over top for a shinier monochromatic finish: Negroni for a creamy shimmer-free finish or Whitney for a high-shine shimmer finish
