        HOW TO USE

        Use the sharp point of the pencil to line and give definition and shape, and the rounded side to fill in lips. Then, use the brush to blend, smooth, and fill-in color.

          Amazing lip liner!

          (This review was collected as a part of a promotion). This lip liner is so good! It has really good pigmentation and I can slightly feel the plumping effect. Applicator is wide as well so it has a lot of coverage very quickly, haven't figured out how to use the brush side yet though.

          I LOVE IT
