        How to Use

        Power Line™ Plumping Lip Liner is versatile and can be used as a traditional liner to contour, shape, and define. Angle the tip so that the point of the tear-drop shape is facing up for precision application. Or apply onto the entire lip as a plush matte lip color or plumped up base tone ready for a gloss to be applied over top. Angle the rounder side of the tear-drop tip toward the center of the mouth to easy fill in the entire lip.
