After you have found the product you were looking for, you can find details and ingredients on the product page. There will be a brief description of the product, and as you scroll down the page there will be additional details including suggestions on How To Use.
Some of our products are limited edition or seasonal exclusives and once they are out of stock they will most likely not return. Occasionally an item in our standard selection may be temporarily out of stock. We recommend you check on a weekly basis to see when items are back in stock. On occasion an item or order may be cancelled due to inaccuracies in availability. We apologize for any inconvenience. At this time, we do not have a backorder system.

Ordering on our websites is quick and easy.
1) To add an item to your Shopping Bag, simply click on "Add to Bag" on a product page. You will see the product added to your Shopping Bag at the top right of your page.
2) To view the items in your Shopping Bag click on the Shopping Bag icon in the upper right corner of the page.
3) To remove an item from your Shopping Bag, click remove under the product description in your bag. Your Shopping Bag will automatically recalculate your total.
4) To change the quantity of an item in your Shopping Bag, change the number in the Qty box next to the product whose quantity you would like to modify. Your Shopping Bag will automatically recalculate your total.
5) If you have a coupon or a promotional code, you will enter these codes on this page before you proceed to checkout. Enter the code in the box where it asks, “Have a promo code?” below your Order Total on the right of the Shopping Bag page. Once you press the Apply button the promotional offer will appear automatically on the Shopping Bag page.
Our website may offer free samples and promotions through e-mails and advertisements.
Occasionally we will offer Free Samples with your purchase. These can be added automatically to your Shopping Bag or coupon generated. Please see the terms and restrictions of the specific offer for more details.
To redeem a Promotional Code (also known as a promo code) enter the code then click “Apply” while looking at your Shopping Bag. Please enter the code otherwise the promotion may not be applied to your order. To remove a coupon code simply press ‘X REMOVE’ to the right of the code in your Shopping Bag.
BUXOM Cosmetics may restrict redemptions to one per client or one per order. Please note excessive misuse of promotions and codes may result in order or item cancellation.
You will always receive free shipping on merchandise orders over $35. Occasionally our website may offer free shipping with a purchase below $35. This could be automatic or coupon generated. Please see the terms and restrictions of the specific offer for more details.
To be mindful of our teams’ well-being during this unprecedented time we have adjusted our operations. Your order may incur a longer processing and/or shipping time. Currently 2-Day and Overnight shipping options are unavailable. Thank you for your patience.
All packages are shipped via FedEx, FedEx Smartpost or USPS. A signature is not required upon delivery. Your shipping address must be in the United States and its Territories.
Please make sure to provide accurate address information, including city, state and zip code to prevent any errors or delays in shipping. Once an order is submitted, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address.
Please keep the following in mind:
• We do not ship to Freight Forwarders
• We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in one order
• Some shipping methods may be unavailable in checkout due to shipping restrictions on the items in your bag or your selected shipping address
SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMELINE
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, Monday through Friday. Overnight and 2-Day orders are processed the same day if the order is received prior to 11:00am EST, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends.
Packages shipping to United States PO boxes, United States Territories and all Military and Diplomatic addresses (may take up to 21 days) must be shipped via our Standard Shipping method.
Packages shipping Standard to Alaska may take more than 10 business days for delivery.

If you are sending a gift, be sure to check the box, "Is this a gift?" located below the Delivery Method selection on the Check Out page. From here, you may choose to include a gift message and/or ensure prices are not including on the packing slip by checking the “Gift receipt” box. Our apologies, but at this time, we do not offer gift-wrap.
At this time, we are unable to ship to any international locations outside of the United States.
After you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation e-mail is your receipt; please feel free to print it for your records. The e-mail includes your order number, the details of the products, prices, quantities, promotional information, payment method(s), your shipping and billing addresses as well as the shipping method you selected.
BUXOM Cosmetics order process is automated to distribute products quickly and accurately. We apologize, but once the order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. For more information on returns, please visit our Returns section.
For your own security and protection buxomcosmetics.com will pre-authorize the full amount of your Shopping Bag. Please note that an authorization could be placed on your card if there is an error made when entering your billing address, CVV or your credit card's expiration date. It is important to inform you that in the case of multiple entry errors additional authorization charges may appear. These authorizations will drop off from your account within 5-7 business days depending on your financial institution.
The charge will be listed on your credit card bill as BUXOM E-Commerce www.buxomcosmetics.com and the total amount charged.
If you are unable to complete your return within the timeframe below, we will work together to modify our return policy and do what’s best for our customers and the entire community during this unprecedented time. Please reach out to our Customer Service team with any questions or for additional assistance.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt. When returning a set or kit, we require all contents from the original set or kit. Partial items from a set or kit will not be refunded.
Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item plus sales tax. Shipping is not included in refunds. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
To return your buxomcosmetics.com purchase by mail, please note the reason for your return on the front side of your packing slip and send the product(s) back to us using the prepaid label included in your package. If you misplace your prepaid return label, please contact our Customer Service team for a replacement.
Once your return has reached the warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Empty containers will not be accepted for refund. You will receive a Return Confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Please note: Only items purchased on buxomcosmetics.com will be accepted for return by mail. If your items were purchased through an authorized retailer, please return it to the location where it was purchased.
